IT IS! IT REALLY REALLY IS!! That was at Comic Con 2006 when they first announced Gerard was gonna write Umbrella Academy, and he did a signing and Frank and Jamia WAITED IN LINE WITH THE FANS LIKE GOOBERS and then acted REALLY SILLY (well, Frank anyway), when they got up to Gerard. There was a fan who was there and reported back (I think she was actually next to them, or a few people from them in line) and Frank was being really adorable excited and kept giving Jamia stuff like his camera and what not to hold in her bag for him. THEY ARE ALL THE BEST, BASICALLY. :D!!!!
